Operation is a comprehensive solution based on digital delivery. By integrating six core business domains—Equipment Management, Process Technology, Production Control, Energy Management, Storage & Transportation Management, and HSE Management—it enables the construction and operation of a Digital Twin Plant. The system supports a multi-dimensional integrated operational cockpit (dashboard) and allows for the flexible configuration of functional modules according to enterprise needs, significantly enhancing the intelligence and visualization levels of Plant operations.
Digital Delivery Integration
Compatible with outputs from mainstream design software, supporting batch uploads of 3D models, drawings, and documents. It automatically associates factory Tag IDs, achieving a seamless transition of data from the construction phase to the operation phase.
Full Lifecycle Equipment Management
Covers the entire equipment lifecycle from design, procurement, and construction to decommissioning. Includes asset ledgers, spare parts management, maintenance work orders, mandatory inspection reminders, and change management, supporting report exports and automated work order alerts.
Digital Change Management (MOC)
Supports iterative updates of asset models. Through MOC (Management of Change) processes, it ensures consistency between the physical factory and the digital factory, improving O&M accuracy.
