  • BIM Model Creation

We create BIM models and family library models for various specialties based on client-provided input data, whether in standard drawing formats (e.g., DWG, DGN), non-standard formats (e.g., images, PDFs, point clouds), or non-standard 3D model formats (e.g., STEP, STL, OBJ, FBX). For conventional civil building projects, we use REVIT for modeling. For linear infrastructure projects like roads and railways, we use Civil 3D, Infraworks, or other software in combination with Revit to create models.

  • Rapid Quantity Calculation Based on 3D Models

One of the core advantages of BIM technology is the automated calculation of quantities through 3D models. Unlike traditional manual estimation methods, we use BIM to extract precise material quantities, labor hours, and cost data directly from the model, ensuring more accurate project budgets and resource planning. Whether it’s concrete, steel, piping, equipment, or other building components, BIM easily calculates the required quantities, reducing the time and errors associated with manual calculations. These quantities, combined with the project timeline analysis, allow the team to anticipate material types, quantities, and delivery times, ensuring timely material supply during construction and reducing waste and storage costs.

  • Clash Detection and MEP Integration Optimization

In building projects, coordination issues often arise between different disciplines, leading to design conflicts and rework. Our BIM service integrates all disciplines into a shared 3D model, where soft and hard clash analysis can be performed to identify potential conflicts, pipe misalignments, and spatial issues. After providing the optimal MEP layout optimization solution, we facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to adjust the design in advance, avoiding conflicts during construction.

  • Generation of 2D Drawings from Models

Based on local project specifications or client information requirements, we directly generate corresponding 2D drawings from the BIM model. Whenever the model is updated, the 2D drawings are automatically updated to ensure consistency between construction drawings and the design model. This prevents errors that may occur due to version mismatches between drawings, ensuring that all design changes are accurately reflected in the drawings. For prefabricated projects, we can generate detailed drawings for components, including shop drawings for factory production.

  • On-Site Services

As per client requirements, we offer professional BIM engineer on-site services, which can be at the client’s office or at the construction site. Specific tasks include on-site communication and coordination, BIM technical briefings and training, collecting site data for model calibration, and supervising the application of BIM technologies. Through on-site services, all issues in the BIM application process can be resolved quickly, ensuring smoother BIM implementation and the achievement of overall BIM goals.

  • BIM-Based 4D and 5D Simulation Applications

Our service combines time (4D) and cost (5D) with the 3D model to create dynamic simulation models. These simulations not only help visualize the project’s progress at various time points but also allow real-time evaluation of project costs. With 4D simulation, project managers can visualize the schedule for each construction phase and foresee potential delays. 5D simulation enables the team to track and manage project costs in real-time during construction, ensuring that the budget remains within limits.

  • BIM Visualization

BIM’s visualization capabilities make project design or construction processes more intuitive. Through realistic rendering, virtual tours, and immersive VR technology, stakeholders can better understand building designs and construction plans. Decision-makers during the design phase can "experience" the building before construction, clarifying design details and reducing design changes. During construction, decision-makers can choose the optimal construction plan based on various simulated construction scenarios.

  • 3D Laser Scanning and BIM Integration Services

We use 3D laser scanning technology to accurately capture geometric data of existing buildings, transforming it into 3D point cloud data. This data is then used to create BIM models or integrate the original design BIM models with the point cloud models for analysis. This helps identify discrepancies between construction and design and can be used for acceptance or calibration for the next construction phase (e.g., adjusting the feasibility of the MEP installation plan based on completed building structures). This technology is particularly suitable for renovation, expansion, and remodeling projects, helping the team better understand the existing building’s structure and layout to avoid unexpected issues during construction. It is also useful for quality control in new projects and calibration of MEP systems, interior design plans, and installation.

  • CDE Procurement Services

Based on our extensive experience with CDE platforms, we can provide recommendations and training on CDE usage. Additionally, we can offer procurement services for CDE platforms used for stakeholder collaboration during construction. Using a CDE greatly enhances communication efficiency among stakeholders and ensures consistency and accuracy in information transmission.

  • As-Built BIM Model Creation

At the project’s completion stage, we can input construction process information, materials, and equipment procurement details into the BIM model to create an as-built model. This model is handed over to the facilities management team to assist with daily maintenance, equipment management, and performance optimization, ensuring the application of BIM in facility management and operations.
