Intelligent Financial Shared Services Project for a State-Owned Steel Enterprise

This project utilized RPA +  AI to digitally transform the client group's shared service center into an intelligent finance center. By automating tasks and creating a team of "digital employees," the customer have achieved intelligent operations across various finance functions, including customer service, expense reporting, auditing, and archiving. The end goal is to establish a unified intelligent finance platform for the entire group.
