DDTS Services: Using 3D modeling software, we created models of instrumentation equipment and instrument trays within the 3D design system, allowing the owner to directly review the model and generate 2D tray layout drawings. Using the intelligent instrument design system, we updated and completed the project software system database information and exported instrument index tables, instrument specifications, instrument wiring diagrams, instrument loop diagrams, instrument installation drawings, instrument cable schedules, and other design documents. Additionally, using the software's document management function, we categorized and organized design drawings, technical documents, product specifications, and procurement documents.

TDI Hydrochloric Acid Oxidation Projec

As part of the TDI integrated plant project, the hydrochloric acid oxidation project aimed to establish a catalytic oxidation unit to recover hydrochloric acid gas for chlorine production. This recovery unit, along with the existing TDI and MDI isocyanate units at the site, formed a hydrochloric acid-chlorine product chain.

Oil Sands Project

This project involved extracting oil and its byproducts from mined ore. The process included preparation, rough filtration, fine filtration, extraction, and other steps to ultimately extract valuable oil and its byproducts.
DDTS Services: We assisted the client in selecting instrumentation. Using the intelligent instrument design system (SPI), we updated and completed the project software system database information and exported instrument index tables, instrument specifications, instrument wiring diagrams, instrument loop diagrams, instrument installation drawings, instrument cable schedules, and other design documents. Using 3D modeling software (PDS, PDMS, SP 3D, AutoPlant 3D), we created models of instrumentation equipment and instrument trays within the 3D design system, allowing the owner to directly review the model and export the 3D model into 2D instrument tray layout drawings and instrument plan location drawings. Using the software's document management function, we categorized and organized design drawings, technical documents, product specifications, and procurement documents.
