DDTS Digital Handover System Case

Digital Handover Project for a Mining Energy Enterprise in Inner Mongolia

--

The client is a mining energy enterprise specializing in non-ferrous metal smelting. During the EPC phase of the plant, a large amount of data and document drawings are generated and stored in directories on relevant servers. Data from various disciplines and stages are completely separated, making it difficult for the client to find related basic data across departments and disciplines during the later stages of management and operation, which significantly hinders plant maintenance.
Based on the client's pain points, a digital handover system was planned to help the client deliver a system that meets standards, quality, and schedule requirements to the owner by comprehensively associating various models and document materials from different sources generated at various stages of engineering construction projects, with the plant object as the core. This serves as the foundation for achieving plant digitalization, enabling modern plant operation and maintenance management, as well as equipment asset management, thereby realizing the digital management of the plant's entire lifecycle.
